GREENTRACE: two inspiring online events hosted by the Anatta Foundation

In March 2025, the Dutch partner, the Anatta Foundation, organised two engaging online events to present the outcomes of the GREENTRACE project and connect with national and international audiences. These multiplier events were designed to promote the use of project tools, encourage exchange among professionals, and inspire new ways of combining sustainability education with outdoor learning.

International event: sharing the GREENTRACE approach across Europe

Held on 26 March, the event “Greening Youth Work: Two Inspiring Projects’, brought together participants from various European countries. The session introduced the GREENTRACE model and presented the Activity Cards as practical educational tools, showcasing the project website. It also featured insights from a related Erasmus+ initiative focused on nature-based learning, highlighting shared goals and opportunities for collaboration.

National event: Strengthening local networks in the Netherlands

On 31 March, a Dutch-language version of the event took place under the title “Natuurintelligentie & Greentrace: Twee innovatieve projecten”. Tailored to a national audience, this session mirrored the international one, but focused more deeply on integration into local practices and networks. Dutch organisations working on nature intelligence joined the discussion, creating a fruitful space for dialogue and shared learning.

Positive feedback and future potential

Participants in both events responded enthusiastically. They appreciated the clarity of the GREENTRACE model, found the Activity Cards practical and inspiring, and praised the website’s accessible design and rich content. Many participants expressed an interest in using the tools in their own contexts, and suggested that the card collection should be expanded or follow-up training offered to support implementation. These events proved that GREENTRACE is relevant and resonates with a broad community of educators and youth professionals across Europe and beyond.
